Here's some tips to keep you going:

  • Eat Regular -  Aim to have 3 meals a day - missing meals means missing energy.
  • Get the Balance Right - High fibre carbs are great for providing energy - include a small portion with each meal.
  • Don't Skip Breakfast - Breaking the fast is essential and will stop any mid morning cravings.
  • Drink Plenty of Fluids - Dehydration can cause fatigue.
  • Get enough Iron - A deficiency in iron will leave you feeling tired and weak.
  • Exercise Regular - Not only a great mood booster but can increase energy levels.
  • Sleep Well -  That old chestnut but really is important to keep you functioning.  No one can think straight when they are sleep deprived.
