Its all too easy to start to think comfort - both food and pants!
By keeping your energy levels up will help keep the weight loss momentum going throughout the winter months.
Here's some tips to keep you going:
- Eat Regular - Aim to have 3 meals a day - missing meals means missing energy.
- Get the Balance Right - High fibre carbs are great for providing energy - include a small portion with each meal.
- Don't Skip Breakfast - Breaking the fast is essential and will stop any mid morning cravings.
- Drink Plenty of Fluids - Dehydration can cause fatigue.
- Get enough Iron - A deficiency in iron will leave you feeling tired and weak.
- Exercise Regular - Not only a great mood booster but can increase energy levels.
- Sleep Well - That old chestnut but really is important to keep you functioning. No one can think straight when they are sleep deprived.
