Moreish Marinade

A really quick and easy marinade, using your kitchen staples –

• Ketchup (low sugar)
• Brown sauce bit more ketchup than brown
• Smoked paprika
• Touch of lazy garlic
• Dash of low salt soy sauce

All slapped in a food bag, with the chicken, give it a good shake and in the fridge to  marinate!
