Sweet Foods

If you find that you are compensating good nutritious healthy textures for sweet foods, it's best to stop and think.

  1.  Am I getting lax in my food choices and the effort of all that chewing?
  2. or am I struggling with textures and find that sweet foods go down easier?

Either or, you need to stop and re adjust.  Yes sweet foods may be convenient and seem to go down much easier but eaten in the long run won't do you any good and you may even impact your weight loss.

You may start to feel tired, lethargic and bloated.
