Find out why meal replacements won’t work with the band long term....
...... I’m really struggling to lose weight at the moment and feel I need to go back onto meal replacements for a few weeks to kick-start my weight loss. Is this ok?
A. well unfortunately it’s a simple “no” . Meal replacements are obviously liquids which mean they just slip straight through the band. There are 2 issues with this:
They slip straight through the band you could potentially manage big portions of these
You would actually be working against the band using this type of diet. I’m guessing if we told you before you had the band that you would need to have meal replacements then you wouldn’t have had it in the first place !!!
So contact your provider if you are struggling or use the helpful advise in the Transform library to help get you on track
