Freshly squeezed juice of 1 Orange

1 crushed Garlic Clove

4 tsp Soy sauce

1 tsp Ginger

8 Spring Onions

Method
- Put the soy sauce, ginger, garlic and orange juice in a bowl and mix.
- Pour over the lamb steaks and marinade for half an hour
- Spray oil over griddle pan, add the lamb steaks and onions and grill on both sides until cooked to your liking
- Serve on a bed of cooked rice (Add a side Salad if desired)
