Easter Fun

You can still have fun at Easter time and keep the kids entertained:
- Do an Easter egg hunt in the garden – instead of just hunting for lots of little eggs you could make up a treasure hunt with clues leading them to their Easter egg.
- Boil up some eggs and get the kids to paint the shells – they then have a healthy snack to eat later on if they want to crack it open.
- Get all the arts and crafts out and make some Easter cards.
- With the schools being closed there won’t be any Easter bonnet making so you could try this at home.
- Bake an Easter cake at home and get the kids involved.
- Make Easter cupcakes.
- Get out for a nice Easter walk.
I’m sure there are lots of things you could do at home if you put your mind to it. Alternatively relax in the garden with a well-earned drink and for a day at least try not to think about lockdown
