Constipation – Getting Things Moving

Constipation can be unpleasant, uncomfortable and painful.

Check out these 4 top tips to help get you moving in the right direction 🙃

Increase fibre – fruit, veg, salad, pulses and wholegrains etc
Increase fluid – the extra fibre won’t work without a good fluid intake
Regular meals – skipping meals may make things worse
Medications – see you pharmacist if the above hasn’t helped
